Something went wrong with this online order! I didn't received email confirmation of it until the following morning, and nor did the restaurant, although I was able to show that my payment for it had been accepted. I was told that I wouldn't have been charged for an order which was to be collected. It took a phone call to the manager to sort it out. What may have happened is that I chose "delivery" online, but delivery wasn't available and the website defaulted to collection but charged me as if for delivery. So maybe there is a glitch in the website protocol that allowed it to charge me even though it wasn't offering delivery that night. (Why my email confirmation didn't arrive until this morning, god only knows. Maybe the sight was down?) Anyway, my first time at the restaurant and I enjoyed the food, and the staff were patient and polite in dealing with the problem.
